"Songs and Music to build a Culture of Peace:

Filipinos in Alberta celebrating the International Day of Peace"

Peace also means a world that upholds nonviolence, social justice, human rights, intercultural understanding, environmental sustainability, and inner peace. Hence, a Culture of Peace is multi-dimensional and holistic.

LINGAP-Canada presents the International Day of Peace CONCERT featuring songs and music to build a Culture of Peace.  Watch the performances of more than twenty groups and individuals representing associations in the Filipino-Canadian community of Alberta as well as guest artists from Canada and the Philippines.

An ONLINE FORUM (Zoom Webinar) will also be held  at 7:00pm to 9:00pm (MDT) [ 1:00am  to 3:00am UCT]  . Two panelists from the Philippines and two from Canada will share their ideas and experiences on building a culture of peace in the Philippines and Canada.  Register now to attend the ONLINE FORUM!
